The experience you have on your wedding day (and leading up to it) is so important. You are preparing for a beautiful sacrament, and a wonderful celebration afterward with your close family and friends. When choosing a wedding photographer, I think it is essential to find someone who will bring joy and peace to this preparation and on your wedding day.
I remember so clearly when my husband and I were in our marriage preparation class with our priest. He asked us about some wedding plans, and then he asked, "Is your photographer Catholic?" We responded, "Yes" and I saw him sigh with relief. I didn't think much of it before that moment, but I realized then just how important it was to have a photographer that knows this sacrament. It wasn't just important for us and the images that we would have, but it was also important to the clergy to know that the photographer would act reverently in church...
That is my aim for you: to bring joy and peace. I want you to feel joy throughout the process through my personality and through the images I will provide. I want you to feel peace in choosing an experienced photographer who understands the Mass. As a former bride (and as a Catholic) I know the importance of this sacrament. Of the reverence that is due in church. I know firsthand the beauty of a Catholic marriage; the deep joy and bliss that is surrounded by it! And I want to be there to capture it all for you!

As you decide on a wedding photographer, I encourage you to remember a couple of things: firstly, your wedding photographs will be one of the only tangible things you keep after the wedding day. Of course, you will have your memories and an incredible marriage that follow this day, but there is something so special about getting to relive it through the images you will receive. I still remember how special it was (and still is) to look through my parent's wedding album, and my grandparent's photographs too. During one of our visits, my mother-in-law pulled out her own wedding album and the albums she had created of her children that are married so far. It was such a joy for me to flip through the pages. I felt like I was part of the family as I got to "witness" these weddings that I wasn't physically present for.
The second thing I'd like you to keep in mind is that I do offer payment plans on all my wedding packages (just ask and I'd be happy to customize a payment plan for you)!
